RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Returns & Exchanges.

Returns and exchanges are easy! If you or someone you purchased for would like to return one our our products, just visit our return page HERE and we can get that started right away for you!

If you purchased an item before it went to final sale, please contact us HERE and we will manually start a return for you.  

Return requests must be within 30 days from your order date. 

Please allow 7-14 business days for returns to be processed once delivered. Thank you!

Returns: 

  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days from your order date.
  • Your return package needs to be shipped back within the 30 days of receiving your order or else the return will be processed for store credit only.
  • Returns labels are provided for $9.00 for each return, and is deducted from the refund.
  • Only one return label fee applies per order, unless returns are started separately. 
  • Please do not combine returns from separate orders, as labels are based on weight. The $9.00 return label fee will still be deducted for combined orders and this will cause a delay to your refund. 
  • Exchanges are free and a return label is provided. We accept one exchange per item per order. 
  • This includes the United States Only. All international orders are required to purchase their own return shipping labels.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be new condition, all original tags still in place, unworn and unwashed.
  • All shoes need to be returned with their original shoe box inside a separate box or poly mailer. Please do not attach the return label to the shoe box. If the shoes are shipped back directly in the shoe box with the label attached to the shoe box, the item is no longer new and becomes final sale and no refund will be given.
  • All sale items are final sale. Excluding promo code items and coupons. All sale items will end in .29 and/or will have final sale in the description.
  • Any additional shipping paid at checkout will not be refunded.
  • Payment can not be changed for refunds. All refunds must be tendered to the original payment method used to place the returning order.
  • All gift cards and store credit are final sale. Any order placed with store credit and gift cards will be returned to the store credit and gift card used when placing the order.
  • Free returns to store credit only applies to your first order, and future returns purchased using that store credit will have return shipping fees deducted from the store credit balance.
  • Any violations of our return policy above can result in cancellations of future orders.
  • Customers with an excessive return rate will be blocked from purchasing or returning anymore products.
  • Excessive return rate as defined is 75% or more of your order(s) in a one year period.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges accepted within 30 days from your order date.
  • Exchanges labels are provided for free for your first exchange only.
  • Please do not combine exchanges from separate orders, as labels are based on weight and our system will not recognize delivery. 
  • Exchanges are free and a return label is provided. We accept one exchange per item per order. 
  • We do not guarantee availability of exchange items. If the item is not in stock a refund will be processed, minus 9.00 for the return shipping label.
  • This includes the United States Only. All international orders are required to purchase their own return shipping labels.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in new condition, all original tags still in place, unworn and unwashed.

 

Returning An Exchange Order

  • We do not provide return labels for these items that are purchased with store credit received from returns or exchanges.
  • If you want to return an exchange order for store credit, it must be within 30 days from your order date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in new condition, all original tags still in place, unworn and unwashed.
